Daily meals
I saw this in a blog. It is a dish served in a famous vegan restaurant at LA, madeleine bistro.

I did my best to reproduce that I have seen on the picture, and I am not too disapointed about the result.
I maybe will never be able to check if the taste is approaching. One sure thing, if I have the chance to go to LA one day, I will go to this restaurant...

With this dish, I improved my recipe of beet tartar. I took the one of Jean Georges that is really near from those of the beef tartar, and I added lemon juice and tarragon.
